Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within the specified timeframe.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GODFACTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GodFactor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform or sending email notifications.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
